Active Monday-Easy 6 Pack Abs Workout & Watermelon Lemonade



Hello from a new week! Are you enjoying the summer holidays? My kids have one more week of school, I will be on holiday feeling after school holidays:)
Now to our Active Monday post...Today I have an easy 6 pack abs workout for you and watermelon lemonade (my favorite summer fruit).

Watermelon lemonade


1 pc of watermelon weighing approx. 5 kg
2 pieces of limes (or lemons)
3 tbsp sugar (brown)
500 ml of mineral water to fill up
6 ice cubes


     Quarter the watermelon and remove the flesh from the skin with a knife and place it in a bowl. Squeeze the limes and pour over the melon pieces.
     Now finely puree everything with a hand blender. Add the brown sugar and stir well. Then pour the juice through a fine sieve.
     Prepare glasses with ice cubes, fill in the juice, and fill up with mineral or tap water.
