It is unbelievable but a new week is here and very quickly. I choose as active monday video today a butt workout. I hope you' ll love it.

30 minute walking a day, keeps the doctor away !!! Yes, this is very true. 30 minutes walking is very positive for our health and if we want to loose weight we have to walk longer for fat burning. Walking is the easiest thing a person can do, the risk of injury is very low andwalking is the cheapest activity. Often you've read the articles we have to walk about 30 minutes each day. Let me clarify a subject that is often misunderstood. A common idea is enough thinking if I move 30 minutes a day. To see the benefits of walking for 30 minutes a day, it must be a walk you do apart from your daily activity. We reach a certain number of steps during the day when we are already doing work, but we need to take extra time to see the physical benefit. 

Benefits of walking

  • It provides calorie burning, so fat accumulation in the body is prevented.
  • It protects the heart. The most important organ of the body is  the heart.
  • Protects Muscles
  • Allows Oxygen to Go to the Brain
  • It helps with production of Happiness Hormone 
  • Prevents Depression

  5. I walk home from work every day and it really is wonderful! I like to put on music or listen to an audiobook so I am really enjoying that "me" time.
