Active Monday - Pelvic Floor Exercises & Mate Tea Recipe


Goooooood Morning!!! Happy Active Monday! How are you today? Are you ready to start a dynamic week?

 I wanted to add exercises for the pelvic floor, which is very important for us women today. If you apply them regularly, there will be no relaxation in the muscles in that area and the muscles that start to relax will tighten. If this is an easy workout for you, you can walk in addition:)

Mate Tea Recipe

To brew mate tea, pour about five teaspoons of mate tea into a tea strainer and add a liter of boiling water. (For just one glass, you'll need a teaspoon.) Let the plants soak for 3-5 minutes in hot water and pour again three times.

Tip: If you wish, you can diversify your homemade mate tea with herbs. These can be, for example, various varieties of mint, lemongrass, or dried fruit pieces.
