Active Monday - 30 Minutes Fat Burning HIIT Cardio & Tomato, Spinach, Feta Frittata

Hello to everyone from Active Monday. Let's start an active week with a HIIT workout and a very healthy frittata recipe. 


Tomato and spinach frittata with feta


For 2 servings - +

    1 shallot
    1 clove of garlic
    80 g spinach leaves
    100 g cherry tomatoes
    1 tablespoon  oil
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons of milk
    50 g feta
    Some salt, pepper, nutmeg
    A little fat


Preheat the oven: electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: level 4.

Grease a baking dish. Peel and finely dice shallot and garlic. Sort the spinach, wash and drain well. Wash tomatoes and cut in half.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the shallot and garlic cubes briefly in it. Add the dripping wet spinach and let it collapse.

Whisk eggs and milk with a whisk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour into the baking dish, spread the spinach, and then the tomatoes on top with the cut surface facing up. Then crumble the feta with a fork and sprinkle on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Finally, take it out and serve on individual plates.
