Tomato and spinach frittata with feta
ingredients

80 g spinach leaves
100 g cherry tomatoes

4 eggs

Preheat the oven: electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: level 4.Grease a baking dish. Peel and finely dice shallot and garlic. Sort the spinach, wash and drain well. Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the shallot and garlic cubes briefly in it. Add the dripping wet spinach and let it collapse.
Whisk eggs and milk with a whisk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour into the baking dish, spread the spinach, and then the tomatoes on top with the cut surface facing up.
