Hello to everyone. There is an effective leg and glute workout in the Active Monday stream today. As a nutritious lunch suggestion, I have a delicious wraps recipe. It is also gluten-free and healthy as it is prepared from buckwheat flour.
Buckwheat Wraps Recipe
Ingredients
200 g buckwheat flour
water
salt
Some oil for frying
Vegetables of your choice (e.g. cucumbers, carrots, peppers, celery, ...)
150 g cream cheese substitute
1 handful of fresh herbs e.g. thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, ...
200 g cooked mountain lentils, drained
salt
Pepper to taste

(40 minutes)For the dough, mix the buckwheat flour with a pinch of salt and slowly add water, constantly stirring well with a whisk! Just add enough water to get a consistency similar to that of pancake batter.
Heat some oil in a pan and add a ladle of batter and immediately distribute evenly. Fry until golden brown on each side for about 5 minutes. Do exactly the same with the rest of the dough.
Cut the vegetables into strips and set them aside.
In a small bowl, stir the cream cheese substitute until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Chop the herbs and stir in them as well.
Brush the wraps with cream cheese, spread some vegetables and approx. 2 tablespoons of lentils on top. Roll up the wrap and cut it in half.
Serve with a green or mixed salad!
