Hello to everyone. It's another Active Monday and we are ready to start a new week.  I have a very tasty and healthy papaya mango shake with apple juice and abs workout with Wendy Ida. Did you know that she is over 65 year old?

Papaya and mango shake with apple juice


     300 g small ripe papaya (1 small ripe papaya)
     300 g small ripe mango (1 small ripe mango)
     125 g juicy oranges (1 juicy orange)
     100 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
     Also: ice cubes

  Preparation steps

1. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds with a spoon, peel and cut the pulp into cubes.
2. Peel the mango, cut the pulp into slices from the stone and also dice.
3. Halve the orange, squeeze it and put it in a blender with the apple juice.
4. Add the papaya, mango and ice cubes and puree everything on the highest level. Pour into a glass and serve with 1-2 colorful drinking straws as desired.
