Hello again for an Active Monday article. I am tired of writing the same thing every week, but unfortunately, most of us remain still as the pandemic is not over. Today I wanted to add a video of walking you can easily do at home. As a healthy recipe too, there is a delicious cucumber salad.
Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
Cucumber salad2 cucumbers
2 cups of natural yogurt (150 g each)
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper from the mill
some dill, fresher
preparation
Slice the cucumber directly into a draining sieve (thin slices). Pour 2 pinches of salt over it, mix, and let stand for approx. 15 minutes so that you can draw water.
In the meantime, put the yogurt in a bowl, squeeze in the garlic and mix with the chopped dill. Now squeeze the cucumber slices well and add them to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
