Hello everyone from the 31st week of Active Monday. The weeks go by quickly, and I tell myself how recently I wrote the previous Active Monday post. While the hot summer days still continue, I would like to share a delicious pasta salad that can be eaten cold and an exercise video to strengthen the abdominal muscles before the bikini season passes.
TZATZIKI NOODLE SALAD
COOK THE NOODLES AND MIX THE TZATZIKI
First, you cook a large pot of pasta. While the pasta is bubbling away, you grate a cucumber for the tzatziki and stir together quark, creme fraiche, garlic and grated cucumber. The whole thing tastes good with a dash of olive oil and a lot of salt and pepper.
MIXING
Pasta ready? Perfect! Now you add the noodles to the tzatziki and cover the pasta with the deliciously creamy sauce. When you're really strong, put the salad in the fridge for a few more hours. Just too easy and delicious!
