Melon-mango ice cream

0.50 small honeydew melon • 3 drops of rose waterHalve the melon, remove the seeds and cut the melon into small pieces. Then puree thoroughly and mix in the rose water.
1 very ripe mango
Peel the mango, remove the core and dice the pulp. Then puree thoroughly.
Ice moulds
Put the puree alternately in the ice moulds, insert a stick and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
