Active Monday 5 - Pilates Sculpt Fussion Workout & Carrot Salad With Chilli


Hi, my dears. Already the 5th week of the year and here we are with a new Active Monday post. Do you like carrots? I have a very tasty carrot salad for you today and a pilates workout. Enjoy it and have a very happy and active week :)


CARROT SALAD WITH CHILLI

This spicy carrot salad with chilli is an ideal recipe for winter. Made quickly, healthy and good.
200 g carrots (fresh, young)
1 pc chilli pepper (fresh)
1 lemon (juice to pour over)
Ingredients for the marinade
100 ml of water
1 Shot oil
0.5 tsp salt
1 teaspoon sugar
50 ml of ethyl

Preparation
For the carrot salad with chilli, first, peel the carrots and roughly rub them into a bowl with a grater. Immediately pour lemon juice over and stir. Wash the chilli, remove the seeds and chop very small (wear gloves).
Mix a salad marinade made from water, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour over the salad, stir, let it stir and serve.
