Active Monday 4 - Dance Cardio Workout - White Cabbage Salad


Hello my dear friends from the 4th week of Active Monday. Today I have a joyful dance cardio workout and a tasty white cabbage salad. Although cabbage is a healthy vegetable, it is beneficial for those with thyroid problems to consume it carefully.

White Cabbage Salad

  Ingredients for 4 servings

350 g of white cabbage
3 pcs carrots
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 teaspoon caraway (cumin)

Ingredients for the marinade

3 EL oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp mustard, medium-hot preparation

Clean the white cabbage and chop it finely. Wash in a colander and drain. Peel the carrots and chop them into sticks. Mix the cabbage and carrots, salt and mix well. Let steep for 1 hour.
Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper and salt into a marinade.
Squeeze the cabbage and carrots a little, pour away the resulting liquid. Pour the marinade over the cabbage and carrots, mix and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Let it steep for another 0.5 hour.

  2. Dear friend, I lately move very less, hope to manage to do it again soon. Nice workout and great salad recipe, cabbage salad is my favourite salad.
