Hello to everyone. I hope everyone is healthy. Today is the first day of June but in Austria, the weather is very windy and cold yet. I hope it gets hot as soon as possible. There are a standing abs workout and asparagus risotto recipe at the 22nd Active Monday week. Enjoy it:)
Asparagus risotto
250 g risotto rice
400 g asparagus (green)
800 ml asparagus stock
1 onion
40 g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 dash of olive oil for the pan
1 shot of white wine
80 g parmesan
preparation
For the delicious asparagus risotto, peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cook the tips until they are bite-proof in saltwater. Carefully remove the asparagus pieces from the asparagus fund. Then quench with cold water. Cut the cooked asparagus into medium-sized pieces. Save asparagus fund!
Cut the onion finely into cubes. Put the olive oil in a saucepan, let it heat up and briefly fry the onion. Add the rice, fry briefly, pour on the asparagus stock, simmer the rice until it is firm, salt. In addition, stir frequently.
Then add the asparagus slices. Add the butter and parmesan and season to taste with salt.
With this workout, you can train your abs, inner thighs and arms.
