Active Monday 16 - Pilates For Beginners & Carrots-Kohlrabi Meal

Hi, my dear friends. I hope I find you all healthy and safe. As you know a healthy body means a strong body against illness. For a strong body, you have to stay active and to eat healthy and clean. Today, at our 16th Active Monday week I have a carrot and kohlrabi meal for you and a pilates workout for beginners. Enjoy it :)

Carrots and kohlrabi

3 carrots
1 pc large kohlrabi
1 tbsp butter
0.5 bunch of parsley
0.5 pcs soup cubes
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp garlic granules or garlic

Preparation

Clean the carrots, slice them, peel the kohlrabi and cut them into small cubes.
Bring some water, a little salt and the vegetables to a boil in a saucepan, season again with the soup cubes, salt, pepper and garlic granules and cook until soft, add parsley and butter and arrange on plates.
