Blueberry Apple Muesli
Mix the oat flakes with the apple juice and milk, and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. Fry in butter on both sides until the apple slices are golden.
Mix the swollen-rolled oats with the yogurt and divide them into four bowls.
Sprinkle the muesli with the blueberries, place the apples on top, and drizzle with maple syrup, garnish with fresh mint.
