In the film “The Secret Life of
Walter Mitty,” Ben Stiller plays a negative assets manager who finds himself trapped
inside his own imagination from time to time. To be more exact, he is a daydreamer and constantly dreams of him being a hero and saving his office crush, Cheryl Melhoff. The main plot of this movie is basically him trying to find a negative for the cover of a magazine. Sean O' Connel also plays a huge role here because he's the one that allegedly has the negative that Walter needs and so he goes on to try and find it.
Love & Other Drugs
In the movie “Love & Other
Drugs,” Jamie Randall, a womanizer, gets fired from his job in an electronics store for having sex with his manager's girlfriend. His brother Josh then gets him a job as a pharmaceutical sales representative. Jamie then meets the young woman Maggie Murdock. They go on a date and soon start having casual sex until they break up. Later on, even though he never wanted a serious relationship with Maggie, realizes that he loves her and needs her in his life.
The Pursuit Of Happyness
If you haven’t seen this film yet,
you should definitely check it out. It contains a salesman, Chris Gardner, played by the legendary Will Smith, and his son Christopher Jr. who is played by Jaden Smith, Will Smith's real son. The story is about Chris, who is trying to sell an alternative to X-Ray, in which he invested his whole life savings, but he only manages to sell a few models which worsens his and his wife's financial situation which then leads to their breakup. He then meets a new woman who could definitely better his life situation...
The Blind Side
This movie is about a young man named Michael (Big Mike) who was taken from both of his parents due to their drug addictions. He finds his way into his school's football team and with the help of Leigh Anne, the mother of his friend Sean Tuhoy Jr., who makes him a new part of the Tuhoy family, he goes on to become an NFL Football player.
The Notebook
The story here is pretty simple: a poor man meets a rich woman. In this case, the poor man is named Noah Calhoun who meets the 17-year-old Allie Hamilton at a Carnival and they soon fall in love. But this won't last very long because they eventually get separated due to Allie's parents not wanting her to have a relationship with someone from a different social class.
