Hello to everyone from another Active Monday !!! I hope everyone feels bombastic:) I feel very good. I started to move more again and I am happy that spring comes soon.
Today I have a wonderful pilates workout video as an exercise suggestion and a detox tea with lemongrass. Enjoy them:)
Detox Tea With Lemongrass
Ingredients (for 4 people) for the detox tea:
3 cm piece of ORGANIC ginger
2 bunches of lemongrass
1 organic lemon
750ml of water
Preparation of the detox tea:
Boil water in a saucepan. Wash the ginger thoroughly and cut it into thin slices. Wash lemongrass and cut it into 5 cm pieces. Squeeze the organic lemon.
Put the ginger and lemongrass in a carafe and pour the boiling water over them. Leave the lemongrass and ginger in the hot water for eight minutes. Add lemon juice and drink immediately.
