Active Monday - 20 Minute Full Body Pilates & Vegetable Mushrooms

Hello of another Active Monday. I hope you are all ok.  First of all, I wish all lovers a Happy Valentine's Day. Gradually, the first hints of spring began to be felt in nature. Together with nature, we are also revived and renewed. You can accustom your body to the change of seasons with outdoor activities, plenty of vegetables, and fruits.

Today I would like to recommend you 20 minutes of full-body pilates and mushrooms with vegetables.

Vegan Vegetable Mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings

4 pieces of giant mushrooms

100g vegan mozzarella

2 slices of Tomatoes

1 tbsp herbs

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of salt

Ingredients for the marinade

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce


First mix the marinade. Rub the mushrooms with a dry cloth, unscrew the stalks and brush the mushroom caps with the marinade and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Finely dice the stalks and place them in a bowl. Deseed the tomatoes, dice finely and squeeze out a little more. Finely dice or grate the mozzarella and mix everything together. Season the mixture to taste and fill the mushroom caps with it.

Now the mushrooms are placed on a grid and baked in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C until the cheese has melted slightly and turned golden.
