Hi everybody! It's Monday again. A new week started very quickly. Today on Active Monday blog post there is a 5000 steps workout and a healthy and tasty vegetable cake recipe. Enjoy them. Stay healthy and fit:)
Low-calorie vegetable cakes
Ingredients
2 egg (s)
300 g vegetables (e.g. zucchini, carrots, leeks, onions)
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
60 g flour
30 g of oatmeal
100 g cheese, Edam 30% F.i.Tr.
10 g oil, for frying
curry
pepper
Paprika powder
preparation
Cut or grate the vegetables very finely, grate the cheese as well. Stir in the eggs, oatmeal and flour and season well.
Use a tablespoon to add small cakes to the hot pan and fry carefully.
