Today on the Active Monday blog post I have a 50-minute full-body workout and a healthy vegan protein shake. Enjoy it and have a happy week.
Vegan protein shake with vanilla
Ingredients for 1 serving
400 ml rice milk
125 g fresh blackberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pea protein
some juice from an orange
1 tbsp rice protein
1 vanilla pod
preparation
First, cut the orange in half with a knife and squeeze out the juice. Now just put all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything well.
