Active Monday - 10 Minutes Killer Six Pack Workout & Potato, Onion and Bell Pepper Pan

 Hello everybody and welcome to another Active Monday! How are you feeling in Autumn time? I swam a lot I'm summer but now I started again my long nature walks. Exercising is very important for a healthy lifestyle. Daily exercise helps us to stay fit.

Today as a healthy kick to start your new week I've got a great diet recipe for potato onion and bell pepper pan and a workout video by Pamela Reif.

Potato, onion, and bell pepper pan


200 g potato (s), peeled and weighed
300 g pointed peppers, yellow
150 g onion (s), peeled and weighed
1 clove / n garlic
1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
Salt and pepper from the mill
Parsley, dried


Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Halve the peeled potatoes, cut them into slices, add them to the pan, and fry.
Peel the onion and garlic, cut into fine cubes or slices and add to the potatoes. Quarter the peppers, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, also add to the pan and mix everything together.
Put the lid on, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. After the time, season with the spices, stir in the herbs, and serve.
