Hello everyone and welcome to another Active monday. Today, I've got a recipe for salmon spinach pan and a video yoga for beginners from StyleCraze.
Salmon spinach pan
ingredients
1 organic orange
100 g pre-cooked wheat grains
salt
450 g fresh spinach
30 g small onions (1 small onion)
250 g salmon fillet
pepper
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
fresh nutmeg
Preparation steps
1. Wash the orange, rub dry and finely rub the peel.
2. Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice.
3. Bring 150 ml of lightly salted water to the boil in a saucepan. Add wheat and bring to the boil once.
4. Measure 60 ml of the orange juice and add half of the orange peel to the wheat. Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
5. In the meantime, clean the spinach, wash it thoroughly and cut off the coarse stalks. Spin the spinach dry and roughly chop the large leaves.
6. Peel and finely dice the onion.
7. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes. Mix the remaining orange juice with the remaining orange peel in a small bowl.
8. Turn the salmon cubes in the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
9. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
10. Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Rub in some nutmeg directly.
11. Mix in the salmon cubes and cook everything over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning several times in between. Serve the salmon and spinach pan with the orange wheat.
