Catfish Krispy baked in the oven - fat-free

ingredients

ingredients for 4 persons
Buttermilk - low fat - for those people where diet lives 250 ml
Catfish fillets - 4 pieces 750 grams
Creole spice - this is a bit spicy to taste 2.5 teaspoons
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Kellogg grain flakes 750 ml
Fat from a can of sticks to inject something

preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 220C high heat Take the plastic bag to close, pour the buttermilk into the bag with the fish fillets. Close the refrigerator for 20 minutes, after 10 minutes turn the sack around. Just turn it around once.

2. Take the fish out of the buttermilk, pour away the liquid. Sprinkle the fillets evenly with the 2 1/2 creole spices and also with the 1/2 teaspoon salt.

3. Take a low form and crumple the grain flakes into the form. Take the fillets and don't press the corn flakes too hard into the meat. Place the meat on a grid (sprinkle the grid with fat). Place the grid over a baking sheet and put everything in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fish is flaky.

4. Add to that French Fries and Cole Slow.
