Active Monday - 10 Minutes Abs Workout & Stuffed Zuchini

 Hello and welcome to another active monday! Today, I've got a delicious recipe for italian sausage stuffed zucchini and a great workout video from Pamela Reif.



Stuffed Low Carb Zuchini


     500 g zucchini
     400 g tomatoes chopped
     250 g minced meat
     150 g mushrooms
     150 g feta cheese
     1 onion
     2 cloves of garlic


  •      Halve the zucchinis and hollow them out.
  •      Mix the minced meat with the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil.
  •      In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces together with the zucchini meat and then add to the minced meat and fry them.
  •      Now add the tomatoes, the finely chopped feta and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  •      Fill the minced meat into the hollowed out zucchini, place in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
