Active Monday: A Workout From Fitness Blender & Healthy Cucumber Salad

 Hello everyone. I welcome you to another Active Monday! It's almost Autumn and this is my last summer health article. But I had a good and funny summer time and now I am waiting also for sunny autumn days to take long walks in nature. Here's a recipe for a healthy cucumber salad and a great workout video from Fitness Blender.


 

 Healthy cucumber salad

ingredients

2 cucumber (s)
2 cups of natural yoghurt (150 g each)
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper from the mill
some dill, fresher

preparation


Slice the cucumber directly into a draining sieve (thin slices). Pour 2 pinches of salt over it, mix and let stand for approx. 15 minutes so that you can draw water.

In the meantime, put the yogurt in a bowl, squeeze in the garlic and mix with the chopped dill. Now squeeze the cucumber slices well and add them to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

The salad tastes very refreshing and the cucumbers stay - even if you don't believe it - very crunchy
