Active Monday - 10 Minute Abs Workout & Healthy Tagliatelle Recipe

 Hey everyone! I hope you are healthy and ready to move :) On this Active monday, I am sharing  a wonderful tagliatelle recipe and a great workout video by Pamela Reif with you today.


 

Tagliatelle and marinated salmon

ingredients

 
   1 tbsp pine nuts

   30 g pecorino cheese

   80 g rocket (1 bunch)
    4 cherry tomatoes
    ½ lime
    200 g salmon fillet
    salt
    pepper
    300 g fresh pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chilli oil

 Preparation steps

1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and leave to cool on a plate.
2. Finely slice the pecorino cheese with a peeler.
3. Clean and wash the rocket, shake dry and roughly chop.
4. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
5. Rinse half a lime with hot water, rub dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the lime.
6. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into wafer-thin slices.
7. Put salmon in a bowl, pour salt, pepper and lime juice and zest over it. Mix everything well and cover and let stand in the fridge (marinate).
8. In the meantime, bring about 3 liters of lightly salted water to the boil in a large saucepan. Cook the tagliatelle in it according to the instructions on the package, drain it in a sieve and let it drain.
9. Immediately place the pasta in a preheated bowl and mix with the tomatoes, rocket, salmon slices, chilli and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, briefly toss the ingredients in a hot pan.
10. Scatter pine nuts and pecorino cheese on top and serve immediately on preheated plates.
