Active Monday - Full Body Dumbbells Workout & Trout With Herbs

Hello everyone from Active Monday! While the pandemic is still prevalent in the world, it is very important to take care of ourselves, keep our motivation high, and take care of our health. I do not know how long this situation will take, but I hope our lives will return to normal as soon as possible. 
Today I want to recommend you a full-body dumbbell workout. It is very important that we have strong muscles. I have a healthy fish recipe after this tiring workout.

 Trout with herbs


Servings: 2

1 trout (preferably freshly caught)

1 pinch of salt

1 bunch of herbs (parsley finely chopped)

Spices (pepper, galangal)

  1 pc lemon (juice)


For the trout, fried with herbs in aluminum foil, clean and wash the trout.

Spread a thin layer of oil on the inside of the aluminum foil.

Salt and pepper the trout inside and out, sprinkle with galangal, and pour the juice of one lemon over it.

Put chopped parsley in the belly of the trout.

Place the trout on the aluminum foil, drizzle with the remaining lemon juice and wrap it in the foil.

Bake the trout in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.

Parsley potatoes and a tangy white wine go well with it.
