Hello everyone from Active Monday! I hope you have a good start to the new year. I started the new year with brand new goals. I try to walk more regularly and I have created a schedule for my work. When I go according to a certain schedule, I do not get overwhelmed under the workload and I work more efficiently. Last week I also told you that I use a bullet journal for my grades and work schedule.
Today is the healthy activity of the week's sweatbox workout. I don't need to mention again that Box is an extremely fat burning sport :) I also have an extremely healthy cabbage soup recipe for those who want to lose some weight. In addition, cabbage is a very suitable vegetable for the winter months.

Cabbage soup for weight loss

ingredients

1 head of white cabbage
3 peppers (red, yellow, and green)
1 1/2 onions
1 bunch of celery
  1 can (s) of tomatoes (peeled)
1 soup cube (or more, depending on the amount of water)
pepper
1 pinch of chili powder (as desired)
Caraway seeds (to taste)

preparation

Wash the cabbage and bell pepper and cut into small pieces.
Remove the green leaves from the celery. Then wash the celery and cut into small strips.
Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
Put all the vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water. Add the soup cubes and season with chili, caraway seeds, and pepper.
Let the cabbage soup cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables are through and soft.
