Hello from the last Active Monday release of 2020 !!! I am delighted to share these publications every week throughout the year. If I can motivate even a few people, that's enough for me. Active Monday will continue in the new year as well, but I will not add the week numbers as it has so far.
In the last Active Monday post of the year, I wanted to add New Year's dance workout. So that we send off the year cheerfully. As a healthy recipe, there is a chicken breast in the oven. I wish everyone a happy and healthy year in advance.

Chicken breast from the oven

ingredients

Servings: 4
400 g chicken breast (skinless)
garlic
salt
pepper
thyme
rosemary
2 dashes of lemon juice
some paprika spice

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
Wash the chicken breast and pat dry.
Mash the garlic and mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice, paprika, and herbs, then rub the meat with it.
Put everything in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
