Soy quark with apple, kiwi, and oat flakes
ingredients
300 g Soy curd
1 Apple
2 Kiwi fruit
3 tsp Flaxseed meal
4 tbsp hearty oat flakes
Preparation steps
- Stir the soy quark until smooth and divide into two bowls. Clean, halve and core the apples and cut them into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut them into small pieces.
- Place the apple and kiwi cubes on the soy quark. Serve sprinkled with flax seeds and oatmeal.
