Soy quark with apple, kiwi and oat flakes
ingredients
300 g Soy curd
1 Apple
2 Kiwi fruit
3 tsp Flaxseed meal
4 tbsp hearty oat flakes
Preparation steps
- Stir the soy quark until smooth and divide into two bowls. Clean, halve and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces.
- Place the apple and kiwi cubes on the soy quark. Serve sprinkled with flax seeds and oatmeal.
