Hello from the 41st Active Monday week. I hope everyone is healthy. Today I have a wholegrain cabbage cake recipe with some exercises to increase flexibility for you. Have a happy and healthy week.

Wholegrain cabbage pasta

ingredients

Servings: 4
300 g wholemeal pastries
650 g white cabbage
2 pcs. Onions
vinegar
salt
pepper
Caraway seed
1 tbsp vegetable fat

preparation

Cook the stains in salted water until they are al dente. Roast the chopped onions in oil. Add the diced cabbage and season with a dash of vinegar, salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Add a little water and steam for about 30 minutes. Mix the softly steamed cabbage with the patches.
