Hello everyone from the 40th week of Active Monday. As the weather was getting colder, I wanted to add a dance workout so that our metabolism would speed up. There is also a healthy autumn salad as the healthy recipe of the week. Have a happy week.
Autumn Salad
Ingredients
1 head of lettuce
1 large pear (s), not too soft
8 slices of bacon
2 spring onion (s)
1 tbsp butter
50 ml of vegetable broth or meat broth
Salt and pepper from the mill
sugar
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
possibly white wine
preparation
Wash and spin the lettuce and distribute it on the plates. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings, and sprinkle over the salad.
Wash the pear, cut into eighths and core. Wrap each pear wedge with a slice of bacon. Foam the butter in a pan and fry the pears until golden brown on each side. Remove the pears and set aside for a moment.
Add the stock, vinegar, and mustard to the frying pan and stir well. Add salt and sugar to taste. If the dressing is too thin, stir in a little oil. If you like, you can add a dash of white wine to the dressing in the pan.
Spread the dressing evenly on the salad, place two pears of bacon on top and grind black pepper over them. Serve immediately.
