Active Monday 37 - Total Body Fat Burning Workout & Stuffed Red Paprica



Hello everyone from the 37th week of Active Monday. Autumn has been very nice in Austria until now. We have warm, sunny days. However, the number of corona patients is increasing and this is very scary. Sending my kids to school every day worries me as a mother. My wife and older son also work in businesses with many people. I consider myself lucky to be able to work at home.

Despite everything, taking care of our health is the best thing we can do. Today I selected a whole body fat burning workout video for you. There are also stuffed red peppers as a healthy recipe.

Stuffed paprika

Active Monday 37 - Total Body Fat Burning Workout & Stuffed Red Paprica


ingredients

4 pointed peppers, red

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

200 g mushrooms, small white ones

1 can of white beans (approx. 800 g)

6 stalks of marjoram

2 tbsp olive oil

salt

pepper

100 g Scamorza, (smoked Italian cheese)

Preparation

  • Clean the peppers, leaving the stem on the pods, cut an approx. 2 cm wide oval opening lengthways and core the peppers. Cut the oval peppers into small cubes. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Put beans in a colander, rinse and drain. Pluck marjoram leaves from 3 stalks and roughly chop.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic and diced paprika for 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add the beans and marjoram to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Coarsely grate the Scamorza.
  • Grease the baking dish and add the paprika. Fill with bean vegetables and sprinkle with cheese. Cook in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas 3, convection 180 degrees) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 25 minutes. Pluck the leaves from the remaining marjoram stalks, sprinkle over the peppers and serve. Baguette and a green salad go well with this.
