Hello everyone from the 34th week of Active Monday. I hope it will be sunny and hot this week, even in late summer. For this week, I've prepared a standing abs workout and a fruity lemonade recipe that will keep you cool. Stay healthy, stay fit.

SUMMER FRUIT LEMONADE

Ingredients:

Fruit syrup

2 dl water
100 grams of sugar(or stevia, or you can make it without sugar)
2 peaches, cut into wedges

lemonade

1 lemon, juice only
1 ½ liters of carbonated mineral water
200 g cherries, pitted, halved
100 g raspberries
Ice cubes

Preparation:

Fruit syrup

Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 3 minutes. Put the peaches in a large jug, pour in the syrup, cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hours.

lemonade

Pour lemon juice and mineral water into the fruit syrup. Add the cherries, raspberries and ice cubes.
