Hello everyone from 32nd week of Active Monday. Let me explain to those who ask how to remember the summer of 2020 in two words: Covid19 and rain. There was constant rain this summer. I went swimming on very few dry and sunny days, except that I was always at home. We still avoid crowds.

Melon Sorbet
Preparation
Halve the watermelon and scoop out with a spoon. Remove the stones and puree the melon. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Put sugar and water in a saucepan and briefly bring to the boil until the sugar dissolves. Then add lemon juice and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Let the sugar solution cool down.
Mix the melon puree and sugar solution well. Either put in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes or put in the freezer overnight.
When preparing without an ice cream machine: Take out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
