A summer without homemade smoothies? Inconceivably. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are bursting with vitamins and simply taste delicious. You should definitely try these 5 smoothies this summer.

1. Blueberry smoothie

Summertime is blueberry time. That is why we particularly like to mix a fruity smoothie on warm days. It is especially delicious with avocado and coconut water. For an extra serving of healthy nutrients, you can mix in a few tablespoons of hemp protein powder. The summer smoothie tastes wonderful even without it.

2. Multivitamin smoothie with sea buckthorn and raspberries

Raspberries, apple and banana play the main role in this healthy summer smoothie. The addition of direct sea buckthorn juice ensures sufficient vitamin C, cranberry juice provides valuable ingredients such as antioxidants and vitamin A.     Olá, Deria! Já fazia algum tempo que não passava por aqui! 2020 tem sido um ano muito complicado... como a minha mãe pertence a um grupo de risco, tal exige mil cuidados aqui em casa, com imensas medidas de precaução, para evitar algum problema devido a este vírus que invadiu o mundo!... Por isso, a minha disponibilidade diminuiu bastante, nos últimos meses... Estimo que se encontre de saúde, assim como todos os seus!
    Férias!... Bem precisava de as ter... para recuperar um pouco deste ano tão desgastante... mas terão de ficar adiadas... este ano, sem vacinas... não haverá destinos seguros em lado nenhum... pelo que serão passadas em modo caseiro... e todas as saídas desnecessárias, evitadas ao máximo... no meu caso... para não colocar a saúde da minha mãe em risco...
