Active Monday 25 - Sage Vegetable Gnocchi & Waist Workout
Hello, my dear friends. We completed half of the year. However, the first 6 months of 2020 did not go well for neither the world nor me. Although we have entered the summer months, it is still raining in Austria. I hope that the summer will come as soon as possible and we can see some more sunlight.
As a healthy recipe, today I wanted to add you a sage gnocchi recipe. Since the abdominal and navel aesthetics become more important in the summer, I add a waist training workout. Enjoy the Active Monday 25th week. 

Active Monday 25 - Sage Vegetable Gnocchi & Waist Workout

Sage vegetable gnocchi

150 g
Spring onions (2 bunches)
3 stems
sage
2 tbsp
olive oil
300 g
Gnocchi (cooling shelf)
250 g
Cherry tomatoes
salt
pepper
100 g
ricotta

preparation

Kitchen appliances
1 work board, 1 large knife, 1 small knife, 1 coated pan with lid, 1 spatula, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon

Preparation steps


 Step 1
Wash and clean the spring onions and cut them into 2 cm pieces.

 Step 2
Wash sage, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Set some aside for garnish, cut the rest into strips.

 Step 3
Heat the oil in a coated pan and briefly sauté the gnocchi in it over medium heat.

 Step 4
Add spring onions and sage strips. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
 Step 5
In the meantime, wash cherry tomatoes, halve half of the tomatoes as you like. Add to the gnocchi in the pan. Heat open for 2 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
 Step 6
Arrange the sage and vegetable gnocchi. Spread the ricotta in small portions with a teaspoon. Garnish with the sage leaves
