Hello to everyone. I also chose a motivational dance video for the 24th active Monday week because we still need a lot of motivation. I want to add a refreshing tomato and cheese carpaccio recipe while having the ready hot summer days.

Tomato carpaccio with yoghurt cream cheese balls

1 clove of garlic
    Fleur de sel, pepper, ground cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tbsp sesame
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
1 kg of mixed tomatoes
1 red onion
60 g green olives
200 g watercress
1/2 bunch of coriander
400 g of yoghurt cream cheese

Peel and chop garlic. Mix with salt, pepper, juice and oil. Toast sesame, sunflower and pistachio nuts, 1⁄2 tsp salt and 1⁄2 tsp cumin.

Wash tomatoes, cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Stone olives. Wash watercress and coriander, shake dry. Mix everything with dressing, arrange. Sprinkle with seeds. Arrange cheese on top as balls.
