Hello everyone from a new Active Monday. The extremely hot days we have experienced in recent weeks have been replaced by slightly warmer weather. However, before the end of the summer, I wanted to share another beach workout. I chose a 20-minute full-body Tabata workout for today. The healthy recipe of the day is a delicious turkey salad.
Turkey salad
Ingredients for 4 servings
1 can of corn
6 cocktail tomatoes
1 endive salad
2 pcs carrot
1 pc cucumber
1 kg turkey meat
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 dash of olive oil
Ingredients for the dressing
1 dash of olive oil
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
preparation
Wash and chop the lettuce. Grate the carrot into fine strips and slice the cucumber. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the corn from the can and rinse with cold water.
Mix the dressing made of yogurt, olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and let it soak. (about 20-30 minutes)
Meanwhile, cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, and a pinch of red paprika powder.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for a few minutes.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on plates, place the chopped vegetables on top and pour the dressing over them. Just put the meat on the salad and serve it.
