Hello to everyone. I hope everyone is ready to start a dynamic week. Today in Active Monday's healthy lifestyle blog post I have a very tasty low-carb protein bar recipe. You can prepare it easily at home. And with 2 miles walking workout, you will be ready for the new week. Enjoy them:)
Low carb protein bar
This recipe does not require any oatmeal or flour and provides your muscles with an extra portion of protein. But note: the nuts mean that the bars have a higher fat and calorie content - but don't worry, these are healthy fats - they are good for you, even if you want to lose weight!
Ingredients:
100 g ground nuts
1 egg
3 tbsp protein powder
50ml milk
1 tbsp nut butter
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well and knead. Then spread evenly on a baking tray and bake at 175 degrees for about 8 minutes. Tip: Cut the bars while they are still warm and then let them cool down so they don't break.
