Nettle Tea Recipe

You can collect nettle from nature and dry it, or you can buy it ready-made. It is quite easy to prepare.

Preparation step by step 

Place a small handful of nettle tips in a tea strainer. 
Brew the whole thing with 1 liter of boiling water and let the herb steep for a minute. 
Strain and enjoy.
