Active Monday-10 Minute Toned Arms Workout & Spring Salad

Hello everyone from a new Active Monday. The weather is starting to warm up and it's time to put away the winter clothes and put on the spring clothes. We'll be wearing tank tops and tops very soon when it gets even hotter. But are our arms fit enough? Or do they need some exercise? Tight sleeves with no saggy skin look great with sleeveless clothes. That's why I chose an arm exercise for you today. I think you will love my spring inspired salad recipe too.

Spring salad with yoghurt sauce

ingredients

300 g lettuce (oak leaf, rocket, radicchio, iceberg)
3 spring onions
½ bunch of radishes
1 garlic clove(s)
100 ml natural yoghurt
75 ml buttermilk
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp cooking oil, good
1 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
Salt and pepper from the mill
1 pinch(s) sugar

preparation

Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings and slice the radishes. Put everything in a large bowl.

Chop the garlic very finely, mix with the yoghurt, buttermilk mustard, oil and vinegar to form a creamy sauce. Season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper.

Add the yoghurt sauce to the salad.
