Active Monday-30 Minutes Pilates & Carrot-Orange Salad

Hello to everyone from a new Active Monday blog post! Today, I have a 30 minutes pilates workout suggestion to make at home. And as a healthy meal suggestion a very easy but healthy carrot & orange salad recipe.


Ingredients for 4 servings

3 pcs oranges
500 grams of carrots
2 tbsp sugar(if you want)
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
5 sprigs of mint


Peel two oranges, remove the skin, and roughly dice. Squeeze the other oranges and grate the carrots with a grater.
Mix the orange cubes, juice, and carrots with the sugar, cinnamon, and orange flower water.
Season the salad with salt and chill for 20 minutes. Then arrange on plates and garnish with some fresh mint.
