Active Monday- Bikini Summer Pilates & Cucumber-Ginger Water Recipe



Hello to everyone! I hope you are fit and full of power for the new week! I don't know about you, but I am always happy about a new week. It means a new beginnign to me. Today on Active Monday I have a bikini body pilates workout for you and a cucumber and ginger water. This is really very suitable for a hot summer day and also detoxifying. You can prepare it and then put it in the refrigerator for a while. Try to prepare it always fresh and drink it in one day.

Cucumber and ginger water



1 liter of water, (still or sparkling)
50 g ginger, fresher
100 g cucumber (s)
Ice cubes
some sweetener, liquid (if you want)


Peel and roughly dice the ginger. Cut the cucumber into slices. Pour water into a carafe and add ginger and cucumber. Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Enjoy with ice cubes and, if necessary, sweeten with a little liquid sweetener (or sugar, stevia, etc.).
If you want, you can also add lemon and some fresh mint.

 Pilates is a quick way to tone your body. Try to do this workout 3 to 4 times a week and add some walking to your daily routine. You will be happy with the results:)
