It's Active Monday again. I hope everyone feels ok. As the healthy recipe today I have 3 different smoothie recipes and a pilates video with Rebecca Louise.
Three types of herbal smoothies
For a perfect start to the morning: The three different herbal smoothies are quick and easy to prepare and are a real freshness kick!
Ingredients for 4 glasses
Parsley smoothie:
1 bunch of parsley
0.5 cucumber
1 stick of celery
3 apple
50 g grapes, seedless
some lime juice
Cress smoothie:
1 banana
1 orange
0.5 mango
0.5 lemon
1 cup of cress
Mint smoothie:
0.5 cucumber
2 stalks of mint, fresh
0.5 lime
2 pieces of soft fruits, variety: dates
100 g honeydew melon
Type of preparation
For all three smoothie recipes, wash, peel and roughly cut the respective ingredients or squeeze the lime and lemon.
Then mix well with a stand mixer and add a little water depending on the desired consistency.
