Hello from the 49th Active Monday week. Now 2021 is a few weeks away. How was this year for you? Although I have experienced good developments in terms of my job, I have experienced negativities in private life and around the world. So I am not sorry that the year is about to end. I have a few wishes that I hope will happen in the new year. I hope it will happen.
Today I want to add a fat-burning workout from Blogilates, one of the youtube sports trainers I like. I also have a kiwi and pistachio quark dessert recipe.
Quark dessert with kiwi fruit and pistachios
ingredients
500 g low-fat quark
150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
2 tbsp liquid honey (30 g)
1 pinch Vanilla powder
280 g Kiwi fruit (4 kiwi fruit)
60 g Pistachio nuts
Preparation
Mix the quark with the yogurt, honey, and vanilla powder. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Roughly chop the pistachios.
Pour half of the quark into glasses. Place the kiwi slices on top, add the remaining quark and sprinkle with the pistachio nuts. Enjoy the quark dessert immediately.
