Zucchini soup
Ingredients
500 g zucchini
150 g whipped cream
500 ml of vegetable soup
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
preparation
Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes of the same size. Put the vegetables in a steamer basket and steam for 12 minutes.
Put the cooked zucchini in the rice container and add the vegetable soup. Let the zucchini cook in it for 5 minutes.
Puree the vegetables with the hand blender in a suitable bowl (or saucepan) and season with whipped cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well and serve.
