Active Monday 28- 10 Minutes Lower Abs & Avocado Salad

Hello from the week of 28. Active Monday. I hope everyone is healthy. In Austria, the number of patients in the corona has begun to increase and it will be necessary to wear a mask again. As a family, we were wearing it in closed areas.
The lower abdomen is a region that is hard to melt and discomfort in appearance. Today I wanted to add a video with lower abdominal exercises. I also want to give a recipe for an avocado salad with yoghurt sauce, which I find suitable for summer days. Its preparation is quick and easy.

Avocado salad with yoghurt dressing

You need these ingredients:



1 avocado
1 red pepper
180 g vegetarian nuggets or chicken breast
80 g of yoghurt
2 tsp oil
according to the season: 1 handful of corn salad or baby spinach
1/2 bunch of chives
1/2 bunch of parsley smooth
1/2 lime
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of paprika powder
1/2 tsp sesame
1/2 tsp mustard

How to prepare:

Wash, core and dice the peppers. Wash lettuce, parsley and chives and shake dry. Roughly chop herbs.

Mix the yoghurt with herbs, the lime juice (leave 1 teaspoon) and mustard. Season with the spices. Halve the avocado, core with a tablespoon and remove from the bowl. Cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lime juice so that it does not tarnish brown.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry veggie nuggets or meat. Arrange all ingredients on a deep plate and pour the dressing over it, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

If it doesn't have to be low carb, you can eat some toasted flatbread or couscous with the delicious avocado salad.
