Hello to everyone. A new week of Active Monday has arrived. As you know, yesterday was the mother's day in many countries, including Austria. I have an exercise gift for mothers and daughters today.
Our time is precious. What we will do in one day is so much and so little time that the less time we spend preparing food, the better. That's why I add an easy and delicious recipe that will be prepared in 20 minutes. I wish everyone a happy week. Stay healthy.
Quick vegetable curry with Mie noodles
İngredients & Preparing
250 g instant mie noodles1 tablespoon of oil
750 g frozen vegetables “wok mix”
1 can (s) of creamy coconut milk
1.5 tsp green curry paste
soy sauce
Prepare Mie noodles according to the package instructions and keep warm.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the frozen vegetables until the water has evaporated. Deglaze vegetables with coconut milk and half a glass of water. Stir in the curry paste and let everything simmer for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with a little soy sauce.
Serve pasta with vegetable curry.
A little taste kick: Roughly chop 100 g of salted peanuts and roast them briefly in a pan without fat. Spread over the curry.
