Active Monday 1 - Fat Burning Workout & Grilled Cheese Quinoa

I don't know if you guys are just as excited about the new coming year as I am, but I'm very excited to write the first Active Monday article of 2020. This year, health, healthy eating and exercise recommendations will continue. I chose a grilled cheese quinoa recipe and a fat-burning exercise video as healthy suggestions for the first week.


Ingredients for 2 servings
1 Pk grill cheese
2 cup of soup
0.5 pc celeriac
0.5 Stg leeks
1 cup quinoa
1 pcs onion
0.5 tsp marjoram
1 Bl laurel
1 pcs clove
0.5 tsp salt
1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
First, wash the quinoa thoroughly and let it drain in the sieve. Cut the onion, leek and garlic into small pieces and roast them in a coated pan. Roughly grate and add the celery, then pour on the vegetable soup and add the quinoa. Season everything and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice grilled cheese and fry in a separate pan. Finally, mix with the cooked quinoa and serve.
