Active Monday 52 - 2020 Workout & A Healthy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Hi my dears. This is the last Active Monday post for 2019 but not the end of my healthy articles. I will start again in 2020. Thanks a lot for your kind interest to these healthy advices.
I have today a 2020 workout with weight training and a healthy vegetable soup. After the new year ewe party, you can need it :) I wish you all a very healthy new year.


A bowl of vegetable soup can be changed at will by adding different types of vegetables.
0.5 l water
250 g mixed vegetables
40 g margarine
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 pcs onion
1 tablespoon sour cream


For this simple vegetable soup, wash, clean and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Melt the fat in a saucepan and braise the onion in it, then add the vegetables.
Deglaze with the water and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the type of vegetables) - season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg.
Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream (in the middle of the plate/bowl).
